A shared knowledge system that makes an entire team faster, more accurate, and more consistent — by putting the right information and the right tasks in front of the right people.
The Challenge
In a large enterprise, critical knowledge lives in too many places — scattered across documents, tools, and people's heads. Teams waste time hunting for answers, give inconsistent guidance because they're working from different information, and lose efficiency as work piles up without a clear system to route it. For a privacy compliance team, that inconsistency isn't just slow — it's a risk, because everyone needs to be working from the same accurate, current rules.

The Solution
I built a "Second Brain" — a centralized repository of the organization's knowledge, paired with intelligent workflows that route the right tasks to the right people automatically.
A single source of truth. I personally curated the team's critical knowledge — selecting the verified, authoritative source material and structuring it into one trusted repository, so everyone works from the same accurate, current information instead of scattered documents.
Smarter, more accurate answers. The system uses retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) — a method that grounds AI answers in the organization's own verified documents rather than guesswork. In plain terms: when someone asks a question, the system pulls the real answer from trusted internal sources, dramatically reducing errors and made-up responses. Because I hand-selected the source material, the answers are grounded in genuinely authoritative information — not whatever happened to be lying around.
Automated task routing. I architected workflows that automatically direct privacy compliance tasks to the right individual based on their specialization — so work lands with the person best equipped to handle it, without manual sorting.
Built-in project management. The system tracks project timelines, monitors progress, and helps the team manage compliance work end to end — turning scattered tasks into a coordinated, visible workflow.
The Impact
Qualitative | Quantitative |
~80% less time spent searching for information. Instead of hunting through scattered files, teams now get instant, verified answers from one trusted source — the "Second Brain" I built.
4x faster onboarding for new team members. New engineers and risk staff can tap into the team's collective knowledge from day one, instead of pulling senior people away to answer the same questions.
~50% faster task routing. Work now flows automatically to the right specialist based on their expertise — no more manual sorting or bottlenecks.
25+ hours a week returned to high-value work. By handling repetitive questions and task-sorting automatically, the system freed senior staff to focus on real risk and strategy instead of admin.
