Noble Dwarika has spent his career at the intersection of data governance, privacy, and AI risk. He began his career at BCG before moving into technology at Adobe, where he worked on integrating data governance into fast-moving enterprise product lifecycles. That path led him to privacy and AI governance at Meta, where he led the Privacy Concierge function — driving governance strategy across a large ecosystem of developers and partner applications operating under active FTC consent-order oversight, one of the most heavily scrutinized regulatory environments in the technology sector.
Working in that environment meant embedding defensible privacy and AI governance into complex, high-scale products — including within Meta's emerging technology portfolio — in collaboration with cross-functional partners across the organization. It's a rare kind of experience: governance that has to hold up not just in theory, but under sustained, legally mandated scrutiny.
